Hello! My name is Austin Paschke and am currently a sophomore in college attending Grand Canyon University studying Pre-Medicine! I have a very strong passion for helping those in need, especially children! As I set my eyes on becoming a pediatrician, I carry out my passions for kids and assisting others by being a lifeguard at Water World located in Federal Heights, CO! I have been working there for three years and have been a swim instructor for the past two years! I have taught all levels from beginners to more advanced, those looking to strengthen their skills and technique for swim teams or other reasons.
I have experience with coaching/mentoring as well! This last spring, I worked with Skyhawks Sports Academy, where I taught an 8-week course on the basic skills to the sport of soccer and baseball to kids still in elementary school and loved every minute of it!
I have been certified in AR/CPR and have been trained to deal with first aid situations through my work at Water World!

Depending on the level that you are at, I'll ask to show me what you already know. From there, we will go on to set goals for what we want to achieve by the end of the session!

I am not very picky about prices, as long as they are reasonable to the time and amount of new material I will be teaching the student.
How did you get started teaching?
I was introduced to instructing through working as a lifeguard at Water World, located in Federal Heights, CO! I teach at local Hyland Hills pools such as Carroll Butts, Splashland, and Pearl Mack.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all levels, from beginners to more advanced swimmers.
