I provide but the "what to do" - customized training programs that adjust to each athlete - as well as the "how to do it" - instruction on how run, bike, swim, etc. faster and more efficiently while avoiding injury.
As much as I love it when my athletes PR, qualify, or win races, nothing gives me more satisfaction and purpose as when an athlete says "I never throught I could do that!"... the moment when someone realizes they are more and can do more than what they previously believed or were told - that's life-changing and is my reason for coaching!
