About

I have over fifteen years of experience teaching the violin and enjoy an active performing career. Former students of mine have gone on to study at the conservatory level, or have simply continued to enjoy making music into their adult life in various settings. I find music to be a lifelong endeavor and think it's important to learn from a teacher who not only talks the talk, but walks the walk! I continue to pursue knowledge and growth as a musician when it comes to my teaching and playing.

I love getting to witness my students' progress in both their music-making and personal growth.

Nina’s aptitude for teaching and professionalism made her the top
choice in our whole community for music education.
I counted myself fortunate for my boys to have a teacher with her level of expertise in music and performance alike. She was able to make music lessons engaging and challenging and provided performance opportunities for my children in recitals.
Nina also encouraged her students’ families to support local orchestral concerts and encouraged her students to see her perform as a violinist in other settings.
