About
We take pride in our ability to provide individualized programs and instruction for all of our students. Our prices are low, the fun is high, and instruction quality is taylored for the students individual needs.
We have been doing the martial art we love for 27 years each. It started as just something we loved doing personally and turned into something we love sharing with others to love doing. This has been a life long goal of ours to bring the physical, mental, and emotional lessons of Taekwondo to as many people as possible.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We will have the student come in for an introductory class. In this class we will work with the student to assess their physical, mental, and emotional skill sets as well as having fun. This process is more in depth if the student has prior martial arts experience. No previous experience is necessary, but we still have this process because every student has different strengths that we need to understand to move forward with a personalized curriculum for each student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors are certified with the American Taekwondo Association, the largest martial arts organization in the world. To be considered as an instructor here and certified each must have at least 500 hours of instructing, at least 10 years of Taekwondo training, have a background check, and CPR certification.
