I am a Denver Native who graduated from Johnson and Wales University, Denver, Co. I have been a chef for over 15 years specializing in large scale cooking, catering, custom dinners, Barbeque, soul food, breakfast, cooking lessons, French cuisine, menu planing, and recipe development. I love the enjoyment people get from eating scrumptious food. Weather cooking or eating food is life. Cook with LOVE!
When teaching someone to cook I love being a part of a new experience for others that may wake their tase buds with new flavors. Cooking is just plain fun and a blank canvas for your imagination to run wild with the millions of combinations of flavors yet to be discovered. Helping others learn new things or a better way to do something in the kitchen brings me joy. Cook with LOVE!

I graduted form Johnson and Wales University, Denver in 2003.
I learned large quantitiy cooking from working in large scale hospital kitchens.
I taught cooking classes to rehabilation clients for serveral years.
I am a personal chef who travels to customers and cooks meals in their homes.

I have a set syllubus for basic cooking skills, where each class is set and pre priced.
I prefere to make your cooking lesson custom to you, so we talk about what is imprtant to you. And this price varies form $75.00 to $300.00.
I give discounts for full syllubus classes( 10 classes or more)
