    Ken arrived promptly and with a multitude of supplies. He taught us how to make a number of versatile sauces and vinaigrettes that we could use with salads, meats, etc. He also showed us knife techniques and made some great wings, chicken, and a killer mango salsa . We enjoyed it and learned a lot and the teens even stuck around for most of it which is saying something! The sauces we made will keep for months as well.
