Hi, my name is Rosa I can teach you how to cook great Mexican dishes,on a budget. Using the best flavors of my previous country. Regardless of you living in a dorm, you see I was in a similar situation back in the 80' as I was living in jobcorp. I had to learn fast as I miss my mother's cuisine,. My children nieces and friends always pick me to come up with something for their parties as they know I can save them a lot of money and they know in advance that their friends and relatives always come back for seconds servings. And even if they are serving tostadas, enchiladas, carne,en su jugo, frijoles charros,or the basic chile,con,carne. Friends and relatives always ask to take a serving for the next day.

I enjoy catering to my friends, and kids parties. The aromas, in the variety of spices and chilies I use, to get the right taste and flavor, in every dish, the simplicity of knowing that I am providing delicious meals on a budget, by using whatever vegetables are in season. Seating at the table enjoying the same delicacy as I would in a restaurant, with family, friends and neighbors.
