About
We cover a couple of areas of Martial Arts. Traditional Karate and Traditional Jiujitsu. We are a nonsport school. Our kids' classes are centered around self-defense and basic martial arts principles and can best be described as a combination of Traditional Jiujitsu and Karate. They are self-defense based fun classes that teach athleticism, coordination, balance, character, and self-defense.
The adult student has a few options.
Real traditional Jiujitsu. That is a Japanese martial art that covers the whole spectrum of conflict. From verbal to striking, from self-defense to ground tactics and survival.
Traditional Karate. This is a powerful martial art that is centered around striking and movement. When taught correctly the student will learn strikes, blocks, kicks, self-defense, multiple attackers and so much more.
Adrenalized self-defense. This program is designed for short term applications. The student will become very efficient at defending themselves in certain situations. Basic striking, nonverbal defense, and verbal defense are the focus. However, the focus is on using these skills with a trained attacker in a protective suit. The student gets to use striking skills at full speed and full power. That is really cool and very fun.
Seeing the confidence build in the student. Interacting with people from all different walks of life.

Youth, try a free class, then they are integrated into a group with similar age kids.
Adult, try a free class. They will work with experienced students to help them understand the basics. This helps them learn faster than working with other new students. As they learn more, they will. work with other similarly experienced students under the direction of a senior instructor.
Group Self-defense students will work with me and my team in a class setting.
