About
Hi, I am Danielle, and I have been teaching piano for over 12 years. I am very skilled in creating engaging learning experiences for your children. I have a background in childhood development and I work with all ages including; preschool aged, middle school ages and children with developmental challenges.
I have worked with children on the autism spectrum, speech impediments, hearing loss, eye sight challenges and more.
My classes include hands on activities, practice challenges, prizes, yearly recital etc.
Students receive a starter kit that is included in lesson price at no extra charge to you.
I had piano lessons from the ages of 4 years old through highschool. My last professor was an instructor from the Hart School of Music and mentored me as I began to teach lessons to others.
Passing on the gift of music and seeing my students grow is one of my biggest fulfillment's in life.
I absolutely love seeing my students have FUN with music! Learning a skill that can carry with them through their whole lives. Also the development in confidence, hand eye coordination and left and right brain is amazing. It's a very special process to be a part of!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I recommend trying out 4 weeks of lessons to see if students interest is there. I only work with students who are wanting to learn, I don't force music on anyone or work with students whose parents are the only ones that want them to come. It's a partnership between student and teacher.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with children in after school programs, daycare, nannying and tutoring of 1-3rd grade. I have studied early childhood education as well as worked with a professor from the Hart School of music who mentored me for teaching.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My lessons are $33 for 1/2 hour, $49.50 for 45 minutes and $60for an hour class.
How did you get started teaching?
I got started teaching piano lessons towards the end of High School because I loved it, and my parents had friends with children who wanted to learn. I was extremely gifted in music and working with children and discovered I loved it!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with preschool ages as young as 3, and adults over 60. I also have worked with students with learning challenges including; autism, hearing loss, reading, speech...to name a few.
