Teaching beginners, encouraging musicianship as they pregress. I have used several course methods and really like Piano Adventure series but will use whatever a student has started with, if any. I am currently working with a 65+ person as well.
I enjoy working with the young minds that are so open to learning at their young ages and broadening my scope with adult students. Looking forward to meeting you.

What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with younger students mostly but have helped sone adults who already knew how to read music. I would expect that an adult in your age range would be able to understand music reading without too much difficulty.
I haven't examined prices on keyboards lately but would expect that any good brand would be fine. (Cascio, Yahamaha, etc.) It should encompass at least 4 octaves.
My price quoted is for a half-hour lesson plus instruction books. Some students take lessons every 2 weeks, if that is of any help.
Unfortunately, I do not teach on weekends because of family concerns.
