I've been teaching piano for decades now, and studied piano performance and theory with some of the best available teachers.
I've pledged to pass on all I've learned to any student who wants to learn it...whether performing or theory. I teach the young beginner through retired adults, non-professionals, professionals and students in music school.

When a student achieves a goal, small or large, it's an accomplishment. One achievement builds upon another...each building block leads to longer-term goals, and so.
My teachers all instilled in me a love of music, helping students, striving to be the best pianist I can be, a never-ending goal to improve my own playing, and so much more.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I discuss a student's goals by phone, then we schedule one trial lesson.
After that, if we both feel the fit is good, we'll proceed forward!
