My cooking lessons are comprehensive and include the processes that professional chefs use outside of the actual cooking in the kitchen. My lessons are designed to be accessible for the novice cook and challenging enough for the engaged and experienced cook also.
I love the universal laungage of flavor. Everyone has their own unique version of the "the best thing they've ever tasted"! Being able to present and share my version is a joy because the reactions are different and equally exciting to take in. I've been cooking about as long as I could reach the stove, maybe even before that. Cooking, creating menus, plating a dish and curating unique dining experiences for others are soul nourishing neccessities in my life.
