I teach nutritional cooking technicques accross the board. By changing ingredients, or preparing foods differently, you can maximize their nutrients bio-availability. My favorite classes are on how to add pro-biotic rich fermented foods and beverages to your meals.
Fermented sample classes include;
Fermented condiments; mayonaise, ketchup, mustard
Fermented veggies
Sauerkrauts and Kimchees
Fermented and pro-biotic rich salsas and sauces
Fizzy water kefir soda's & Kombucha
Kvass and other traditional fermented beverages.
Other skills are on the subject of fats and salts, how to soak and prepare legumes, rices and nuts, and bones stocks and chicken soup that will cure you.

How did you get started teaching?
I took so many cooking classes, it became natural to start to teach. I am always seeking ways to heal and stay healthy through the foods we eat.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have taught classes in free areas like Wholefoods, I teach in homes, schools, and also in my own home. I enjoy working with people who agree with me that we are what we eat, and are in persuit of eating for health (and taste and fun).
