I guide students step by step and take a very hands-on approach to teaching. I also like to focus on teaching students dishes that they can recreate at home, using items they regularly have in their kitchen or they can impress their guests.
I enjoy connecting with students, teaching them how to explore new flavors and dishes, as well as the social interaction. All of my students always leave as new friends!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I do a consultation to determine your needs and help decide on a class that is tailored for you. Next we select a date and time that works for the both of us. Classes are held at the students' homes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Serv Safe and Food Manager certified. I also specialize in community engagement so my events are always designed to make students feel comfortable, engaged and of course have fun!
