Our passion is designing and implementing interval style fitness classes to get student motivated and on track for their personal fitness goals. We qualified to teach barre, Zumba, STRONG and Pound Fitness.
I love the classes because there’s something new and exciting each time. I learn a lot about the movements and how they’ll benefit my fitness goals!
