I’ve been teaching since I was a teenager, and I have continued to learn about horses and fitness ever since. I’m a certified horseback riding instructor, strength coach, and personal trainer. I have completed supplemental certifications in health coaching and nutrition. I have also taken and completed many more supplemental certifications in the fitness and equestrian fields.
