Libby Sellers Music

I started playing the piano at the age of 4!...And I still love to play! I loved playing and singing so much that I majored in piano and minored in voice when I studied Music Education at East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C. I have been teaching choral music to all ages for thirty years, and during that time, I also taught some students piano. Some of my students have gone on to the university level to study music, and many still use their talents by singing in or playing for their church choirs, enjoying participating in musical theater, or being able to sit down and play or sing a new song that they like! I have played in live bands for musical theater, I also play and sing for church, and.....I have played music at many a party and some restaurant settings to! Music is an enjoyable pastime, a great way to use your creative gifts, and......the study of music can help you academically, because of all the brain practice it takes to concentrate on.....reading a new (musical)language, while getting your fingers, breath, and ear together to interpret that language. Music will make a difference in your life, and I'd like the opportunity to help you explore your gifts and talents.
