Linda Wilson, Beginner Piano Lessons
About
Music is a science, a foreign Language, Physical Education and History. BUT most of all - “Music is Art” and “Music is FUN”
With a beginner piano student it takes patience and the love of teaching them to learn and wanting to come back the next week. Any of my past students or parents will tell you I have those qualities. I have also taught special needs children. They hold a special place in my heart. Would love to talk with you if you have a Child that would like to learn “the art of music”

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I never rush a new student. My lesson plan varies with individual student. I allow an hour between students just in case they want to stay a little longer. With my students we always start off talking about their day, etc. never do I lesson plan. This has worked well with my kids. They feel more at home and th
ey want to come for their next lesson and show Ms. Linda what they have learned.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in music since I was born. Had the chance to use a Music scholarship to LSU. I decided to go to business school.
I took piano and voice lessons since childhood. Continued to take piano lessons after graduation. I have taught music for over 20 years. Never have I received any negative feedback. I have been blessed. Also, like to teach church music.
