I feel that when to comes to the Culinary Arts there is no such thing as a stupid question. It’s not work, but passion. If it was work, then it would be drudgery. It’s the ability to make people other than yourself, happy , with new food ideas, because we all have to eat, and being able to prepare the best cuisine, is a skill not everyone can acquire. To be able to show interested people , something new for the palate, is what good chefs do.
