It's Transformational on Whatever Level Received . The Method I Teach Comes From Top Boxers of the 40's and 50's Who Taught Me. Maybe Two Other Top Trainers in the World Train Athletes In Similar Style. I Work Mitts and Would Recommend Investing in a Pair of Hand Wraps and a Pair 12oz Boxing Gloves . I Also Teach an Awesome Yoga Class, Especially If You're Somebody That Doesn't Do Yoga . Thanks, Namaste 🙏 One of a Kind Stuff, All Original, Take No Prisoners ... Its Not Work Until You Don't Love It and Have to Do It, Then Its Work ......

A karate uniform—also called a Gi, karategi, or dogi—costs $60 to $120 on average, while belts cost $5 to $20. Some schools include a gi and belt with your first month's tuition. Testing fees vary by school, but beware of schools that charge more than $20 per test.

I have had the opportunity to visit the Florida Genbu Kai dojo several times in the past seven years due to business travel. Sensei Moore provides and excellent environment for learning traditional martial arts including kobudo and batto-do. The dojo is warm and friendly and there is a culture of learning the art correctly without being robotic. This curriculum is based on the traditional foundation of the three K's: Kihon (basics), Kata (forms) and Kumite (sparring). If you are looking for a traditional martial arts school, this is the place.
