Thank you for your interest first and foremost. Our teachers objective is to educate your son and daughter the fundamentals of music and piano playing, exploring piano repertoire, music theory and performance.

Practice, Practice, Practice

Practice time is essential in the progress of music education. The more time invested into practice time, the faster the results of playing piano. Therefore, All sound Studios request all students to practice at least 3 times a week prior to their lesson. It is your child's responsibility to practice and come prepared to their lesson, but the parents responsibility to reinforce that rule.

Fees

$35-30 minutes $50-45 minutes $65-60 minutes

Lessons will take place in the student's home.

Payment is due at the beginning of the month, and must cover all of the lessons of that entire month. For Example: If your child takes lessons on a Thursday, and there are 4 Thursdays that month. You must pay in advance for all 4 Thursdays.

Semester Payments are also available. Please ask about Fall/Spring Tuition.

Failure to pay lessons at the beginning of the month can and will result in termination of music lessons.

Invoices are sent through Quickbooks and payment will also be received through Quickbooks or check.

Lessons in condominiums: Valet or parking meters must be covered by the student.

LATE POLICY:

In case of doing a late payment after the first two weeks of the month a $25 fee will be added.

Attendance and Scheduling

It is recommended students take lessons at least once a week. Twice a week is available for any parents interested in accelerating their child’s learning performance. I will confirm scheduling a week prior to the new month, before billing.

Scheduling lessons is to be mutually agreed upon. Your flexibility is greatly appreciated!

Cancellations

Please be sure to give at least 24 hour notice of cancellation. If the lesson has been paid for at the beginning of the month, the cancelled lesson will be credited to the next billing cycle.

Short notice cancellations that are less than 24 hours before the lesson will not be made up and will not be credited to the next billing cycle.

Parental Involvement

Parents should always be involved in their child's music education. The teacher will always inform the parent of their child's classes and their strengths and weaknesses.

It is also imperative that the parent inform me of any complications that arise between their child and the teacher. Your feedback is greatly appreciated to ensure that your son or daughter is enjoying their music lessons.

Studio Etiquette

Students will not use profanity, talk back, or be disrespectful to the teacher. It is our passion to teach but it is imperative that there always remains a student teacher relationship between the teacher and your child. Failure to do so will result in termination of music lessons.
