What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Introduce myself, discuss what they like or dislike about being in the water. Set a goal for the lesson. Have the student sit at the edge of the pool with their feet in the water. I get in the pool and stand in front of them and talk about pool safety, and my rules during lessons.
