I'm a Water Safety Instructor certified by to Red Cross since 1998 also did competitive swimming during middle and high School, Panamerican and South American Race. and now I transfer my years of training and swimming experience to my students. What I enjoy the most in my job is the part that lets me know that Iām gonna be able to show you and your love ones how to be able to be safe in and around the water for the rest of your life.
Being able to transfer my knowledge in swimming is the most rewarding part of this job. I also enjoy Knowing that what Iām going to shows you will save lifes.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first evaluate the student and then acommodate to his /her needs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve done swimming since I’m was 10 years of age. I bébanle a competitive swimmer at 13, representing the city where I was living at the moment, In Ecuador. I moved back to my country (USA) and join the USMC Marine Corp. where we I did extra swimming and especially survival courses. Wich actually drove me to get certified by the Red Cross as A Wayer Safety Instructro on 1998. I also did a few years of life guard While teaching.

Classes are 30 mints long. exta price on longer classes.
How did you get started teaching?
In the USMC I was informed in the steps to take to become a swimming teacher. I did some teaching during my competitive years in swimming.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with all type of students.
Disability is never a impediment to learn swimming
I worked on British swim school when I first got certified 23 year ago today 6/19 and I was able to work more often with mentally challenged kids as well as those w slow developments. Swimming is great for kids with mental disabilities and everyone else.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Im already on level 3 with a client that couldn’t even float. 60+years.
