I will help you stay motivated, to not give up, and keep going, it is a process of learning, and it takes time. You will learn focus, meditation, and trusting yourself. If you are a parent who is seeking to teach their child, lessons will be basic and straight to the point unless they need the extra help to over-coming any fear or anxiety.

Self tought artists , and college student , seeking to help younger children or adults through art therapy by music, and different medias of creating. The process of letting go and being creative with however you can, can help heal you. This stirs your creativity inward to come out and along with it, anything you have been trying to process and disolve. A mental, emotional, phychological, or spirtual problem can be dealt with.
