I'm a classically trained pianist and composer with experience in all fields and genres of music. I've taught piano and composition for 5 years now. I'm open to any style of music and actively explore new styles on the daily. Working with me, you will learn piano, music theory, song form, music history, and vocal improvement. Music is my passion, and hopefully I can share that passion with you.
For me, the best part about teaching music is seeing the impact is has on people's lives. Music helps you learn about yourself, it helps connect the dots. It's all about soul and passion, and learning how to express those things. I also love getting to know new musicians, experienced or beginner. There's always something new to learn! I look forward to working with and getting to know you.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first session is more of a learning session for me. I like to get to know my students first, and where their musical passion lies as well as their skill level. After that I come up with a goal for us to achieve (Learn a certain song, or create a song from scratch) and we go from there, getting more comfortable with the piano along the way.
