I am very disappointed in my experience with Diego. We agreed to a price and a reoccurring weekly appointment. When our son was supposed to start lessons, Diego canceled, citing a family illness. He rescheduled to start the next week, however when I texted to confirm the appointment a few hours before he was supposed to arrive, he never responded. He never showed up for the 1st or 2nd piano lesson appointment, never responded to any of my confirmationn requests for the 2nd one, and never responded to me or contacted me again after rescheduling the 2nd appointment. I let him know through text and through this messaging system that I was disappointed in him and that he is un-hired. This entire experience was a waste of my time and effort in trying to find our son a piano teacher.
I had the pleasure of working at the Brazilian Conservatory of Music with Diego while he resided in Brazil. In addition to performing various functions in the company, he demonstrated great competence as a piano teacher where he had students who, like his co-workers, trusted in his impeccable professionalism. In our period of coexistence, I learned a lot from this good person, fulfilling his duties and a common spirit of incredible leadership. I am pleased to recommend it as a great recruitment, a bridge to success.
My name is Crislan Caciano Sampaio, I have a degree in journalism and business management. I joined the Simonsen Integrated Colleges (Faculdades Integradas Simonsen, in Portuguese) in 2007, and in 2015 I took the lead of the marketing and communication department. In 2014 the Simonsen group acquired the Brazilian Conservatory of Music – University Center (Conservatório Brasileiro de Música – Centro Universitário, in Portuguese) where I had the opportunity to meet Diego Conte Silva, Diego developed the marketing and communication department of the Brazilian Conservatory of Music (Conservatório Brasileiro de Música, in Portuguese) in 2014, replacing the former cultural department so far directed by the music educator, Cecília Fernândez Conde. In 2015 the department became only one, serving the three institutions of the Simonsen group, CBM and UNICBE. His dynamism and charisma enabled him to establish professional links with all his co-workers and directors of the respective institutions. In addition to that, through his systemic vision, he incorporated in the institutions areas like: national and international entertainment, cultural and educational exchange, cultural marketing, public and international relations, among others. I saw Diego's immense entrepreneurship and productivity in all fields of action. His excellent performance, both in team and independently, make him an exceptional leader, that inspires confidence and safety in his co-workers through the understanding and command of his work. During the three years during years in which Diego worked as a marketing manager, important partnerships with institutions and private companies of the cultural industry where established, such as: Yamaha Musical do Brasil Ltda., Walt Disney Company, BNDES, Theatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro, Sala Cecilia Meireles, among others. One of the elements that allowed these significant results was Diego's responsiveness of any feedback, as well as his adaptability to various situations and conflicts. The constant research for new experiences, attributed to Diego a wide capability to integrate new methodologic themes and forms in his work. The interaction with multiple working areas, gave him determination to improve the gaps found in the institution. His performance, as well as the contributions promoted by him during his permanence in the institution, leave all the members of the organization proud and fulfill.
I've known Diego Conte for more than 12 years, when I was introduced through a friend of mine. Shortly afterwards, we went to share a house and worked together in the same company for some time, soon he would leave for Rio de Janeiro in search of his dreams. Since then we have always been friends. Diego was always fearless, hardworking, brave and above all, never gave up on his dreams. He was always involved in the artistic world and finished here in Brazil at the Brazilian Conservatory of Music when he left for the United States.
