I teach classical, music theater, jazz, and contemporary. I focus on healthy clear singing. I show students how to improve their tone, support, and expression.
I have had numerous students win prizes, scholarships, leading roles, and positions in top Music schools.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I typically have a phone conversation with the student to identify goals and concerns.
Once we meet, I have them do about 20 minutes of vocalizing to help me assess their voice. I will offer technical suggestions during that time. Then, I assign a song that we both feel is adequate and we work together to improve the voice while adding new repertoire.
Each student is different. I have had students who want to sing along with their guitar or a karaoke track. Anything goes!
