About
Enthusiastic child centered aquatic education! I am an Ellis Certified Swim istructor and Lifeguard with years of experience. I currently teach and have taught students ranging in age from 8 months to 12 years old. I have taught and worked in Broward County Florida for the last 3 years at CB smith water park. I was a highschool athlete and I'm currently enrolled in school at Florida State.
I enjoy seeing the students excell and learn under my instruction and watching each students abilities increase from lesson to lesson. I enjoy the fun filled nature of being in the pool and being able to pass my skills and knowledge onto others.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Quick meeting with the parents (can be done over the phone)
set up times that work with both of our schedules
go over certain rules ex.
-One parent must be present for the duration of the lesson (this is for my protection as well as comfortablilty of the parent and the child)
-if the child is 3 or younger it is advised that the parent is in the water with the child and instructor (some exceptions can be made based on ability of the student)
- Each lesson lasts for 30 min (over the years I have found this to be the most effective being that child loses interest after this time span)
