Tony is both personable and professional, which makes him a great teacher. I hired him to train me and my two teenage daughters on self defense combined with fitness. Each lesson has been full of technique, knowledge, and great exercise. These classes have actually been fun for my family while the same time we’re burning calories and learning to protect ourselves. Expectations have been beyond exceeded and we look forward to each class🥊.

I'm a father of an 11 year old young man, that has had the honor of learning under a great instructor. I have had a little training years ago. I am also prior service Military. We are happy with the results being learned for health benefits as well as self defense being taught by Troy Logan. The training sessions have people from different backgrounds. Each session that we have attended, have been inclusive of male and female students of various ages. The class seems to meet people where they are. We have noticed people with prior training as well as first time martial arts students. I have even brought guests. The instruction is professional and fun. We look forward to learning and enjoying more sessions to come.
