About
I have over 15 years of experience teaching piano. I was raised in a musical family and began taking lessons from my father at age 4 1/2. I obtained a Bachelor of Music degree from Augusta University. I also play flute and sing professionally. Playing the piano is a wonderful skill to have. With diligence, and discipline, a student can become proficient and find joy in their accomplishment. I teach in person as well as online. I include technique and theory in my lessons. Students begin with Method books, and then branch off into styles of classical, jazz, and pop.
