Piano Player
About
**My current location is Augusta, GA**
I began piano lessons when I was in the 2nd grade, under the teachings of Lydia Porro in Augusta, GA. Through our 10 year teacher/student relationship, I trained to play Classical works, learned music theory, performed recitals, and competed in regional festivals.
For students, I believe that piano should be however much you want to make of it. It is definitely not an overnight accomplishment... it all starts out with the simple basics and slowly turning your crawling into walking, into jogging etc.
What is all up to you is how much you PRACTICE on your own time.
It PAYS to play piano! In my adult life as a piano player, I've been lucky to be hired to play in theatre performances, and also in restaurants, cabaret bar & nightclub settings, as well as for private parties.
