About
I’ve been teaching students of all ages, backgrounds, and desires how to achieve their goals in learning music since 2005. The big factor that sets my lessons apart from my competition is that the lessons are 100% tailored to the individual student, teaching the proper technique and artistry I gained through my Bachelors in Music, into whatever stylistic directions the student wishes to take.
I love seeing student's growth. I once had a student who started taking lessons as something to do with his daughter tell me that he never thought he would have gotten anywhere near as good as he had. It's definitely one of the more rewarding things in life to ignite a passion in people! My areas of focus are beginners to intermediates on any of the instruments I teach, as well as advanced-professional Classical, Jazz, Fingerstyle, Blues and Rock Guitar! I'm also very experienced with younger students and students who have special needs!
