I provide basketball and fitness training for all levels. My training philosophy is based on three things. Teaching a well rounded skill set, progressing from the fundamentals to the advanced skills at an appropriate pace, and integrating fitness will basketball skills training. I have a system that can be scaled to meet all levels. That includes children learning the basics, middle school or high school players looking to make the team or get more playing, or highly competitive athletes looking to earn a college scholarship or go pro....
