I do NOT recommend using this PRO. I tried to hire Gail Crouch as a violin teacher for my daughter. We prepaid her for over a month of lessons, she missed the first two lessons after which we asked for our money back, my daughter was trying to get ready for auditions in a few weeks and we needed a stable instructor. She refused to refund us the payment. She did not appear very knowledgeable or organized as other instructors weve had in the past, but I was willing to give her a chance. Very disappointed.
