I am completely passionate about all aspects of music: playing it, teaching it, and listening to it. My favorite music is bluegrass and that style shines through in the highly engaging acoustic guitar lessons I offer. I also love teaching piano and have been playing it all my life. I love working with young children! It's one of my greatest joys to watch my students progress from week to week. They start as beginners, but they won't stay beginners for long! Our students get a special chance to shine with our recitals twice a year! I totally love teaching in our studio and truly believe there cannot be any better combination in a job than putting children and music together.

You want a teacher that can both play well and teach well, and be a friendly, caring, and understanding mentor for you. I aim to be that for all my students. I make learning music exciting, motivating, and wonderfully fun - because I am passionate about the joy and fulfillment that playing a musical instrument brings to our lives! Super-fun and inspiring lessons, sticker charts, weekly prizes from a treasure chest, and twice-a-year recitals add to the exciting learning that goes on at our studio!
