Coach Mike Hegazy has over a decade of experience in health education, fitness instruction and wellness coaching for corporate and individual clients. His approach is centered around sustainable nutrition, functional movements and developing a balanced lifestyle to support optimal health & well-being. Past and present fitness class offerings include: Yoga, Strength, Mobility, Corrective Exercise, Partner Yoga and Back Care. Mike also teaches seminars on workplace wellness.
