The Kaimuki YMCA is a family oriented, non-profit charitable organization that offers a fitness center, a variety of land and aqua group classes, and a wellness community to support you in reaching your health and fitness goals.
You'll find our Healthy Lifestyle Coaches on the fitness center floor to offer safe and guided workouts. Personal Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors are certified to teach proper form to prevent injury and create fun and effective exercise programs.
