Kyuki-Do is a Korean blended form that takes the best out of Karate, TaeKwonDo, Hapkido, Judo and Jujitsu, which basically is saying it takes the best of striking, kicking, locking, throwing and grappling. It covers top to bottom. This is what makes it stand out. I also have fantastic PreK programs. PreK 3 - 4 year olds and PreK 5 - 6 year old classes. They focus on developing their physical, intelluctual, emotional and social skills. It is so much more than marial arts.

Helping develop kids to be confident and have a Yes I Can Attitude! Being a woman small business owner, I love helping other women become knowledgable from my Ladies Self Defense program. Lastly, a family that train together stays together. This is a family place and seeing families train together strengthing their connection and learning skills that last a lifetime!
