About
I'm an experienced cook with over 15 years in the restaurant industry. I love food, wine, beer and of course having a great time cooking. The thing I like the most is the that through cooking I can connect with people and make new friends.
I have experience providing cooking lessons one on one or groups. I've found on my experience that cooking is a great way to relax, enjoy and spend quality time with those you care for.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to talk about the recipes that we can prepare and set a timeline for the hole experience, lessons are tipically 2 hours and I like to arrive 20 or 30 min before the lesson so I can get ready with everything at hand.
I usually send the list of ingredients that we will need via email so the students can have everything that we need, in case the student wants me to bring all the ingredients ready, I can do that but the cost for the lesson will have to be adjusted.
I like to get the student(s) involve in the process and have them be a part of the cooking experience as much as possible that way they can get a real feel of the cooking process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a culinary arts degree, and hospitality management degree and more than 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry between front of the house and back of the house.
I love giving cooking lessons because is a great way to connect and also to learn more about food, wine, beer and spirits. I am a FOODIE and love to meet people that like food.
