What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to sit down or have a phone call about their food experience. Identify any misnomer or points of anxiety about the kitchen. Then let the student share what they would like to get out of our time together. I would lay out per their desired time with me a meal an to address their goals. I want to see all baby birds fly so only hold your hand as much as needed.
