Chicago Viva Music Studio

We are conveniently located in the south loop area and have easy access to public transportation.

We have 4 recitals each year and many of our students participate in music festivals, assessment programs, and competitions.

Ellena Chen is Nationally Certified Teacher of Music (NCTM) certified by Music Teachers National Association (MTNA) and has over 20 years of teaching experience. She’s also certified to teach Suzuki method and holds 2 masters degrees.

It gives us a big sense of accomplishment when a student who knows nothing about music learns to play the piano, enjoys music, and gains self confidence. It is our mission to build a solid foundation for each student not only in musical knowledge and playing technique but also in self discipline and goal setting.
