I started classical piano when I was 6, voice lessons when I was 10, dance lessons at 12, and songwriting at 13. I now have a musical theatre degree from Columbia College Chicago!
I am also a personal trainer, so my empathy and want to help others crosses over many mediums.

There is nothing like the moment when something clicks for a student! I remember growing up, having the ability to sit down alone and play was indescribable. I am so thankful for the hours of practice (only 15 minutes per day) that I put in over so many years. Art saves lives, and spreading it is the funnest job!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I do a complete assessment of the student's goals! They tell me their past experience, what they would like out of each lesson, and where they would like to be in a certain timeline! Then I create a unique lesson plan tailored to that student's dreams!
