I have wrestling experience from since I was 13 years old. I offer fundamental based wrestling lessons and the ability to counter them. I am mobile and can come to you or we may go to the nearest recreational area that is open to the public. I am an amateur MMA fighter and would love to work with people to help better understand the very techniques I plan to show.

The team has been in place since 1994. We opened our brand new facility in 2016. Our coaches have been instructors for several years including head coach Dino Costeas BJJ black belt who started training with Rickson Gracie in the early 90s. Dino has been octigon side coaching the best in the world. Our Strength&Conditioning coach has been coaching for the last 25 years and has worked with world champions getting them ready for competition. Welcome to my profile.I started training in 2003, and I am a black belt I’m Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a Certified Apprentice Instructor In Muay Thai under Arjan Chai Sirisute (the man who brought Muay Thai to the USA in 1968) I have over 18 years in teaching experience, and currently run an academy inside Rockwell Barbell in Chicago called Balance Point Martial arts.
