About

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt:If you've ever wanted to meet a real life Wonder Woman here is your chance. Sometimes big surprises come in small packages and that is exactly the case with Coach Ana. She has a tenacity fit for someone 10x her size, but she uses it to not only be a fierce competitor, but a caring coach and teammate.

For the ladies, Ana will focus on how to adjust grips and body positioning especially if you are small and how to overcome bigger men who look to only use their brute strength.

1) allows ladies to sharpen their skills and practice moves without worrying about male physiology 2) creates a welcoming environment for other ladies

She was great. Ana went above and beyond. I took her bjj class for women and I’m happy to say I found a fun way to get in shape. 10lbs down and counting!

I thrive in a structured and patient learning environment, and Ana provides just that. She is well versed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques and is able to apply her knowledge in a qualified manner. I highly recommend taking lessons with her.

Ana was an amazing instructor. She catered to a middle school age group, which is younger than her usual class. She fully explained how to leave any uncomfortable/dangerous situation and being aware of all your surroundings. She then explained the use of self defense as an ultimate resort to disengage an offender and getting away as quickly and safely as possible. Our little ladies had fun fitness during the lesson and felt empowered after the class. The class continues to ask for a follow up because of how amazing her lesson was. Thank you and keep on education young women on becoming survivors and victors.

Bella needed another activity since school ended and l decided she could use some self defense skills before she entered middle school. Ana has been the ideal instructor. Bella is quite timid and isn’t very athletic but she was hooked by the second lesson and it feels amazing to see her excited about something that’s good for her. Ana is patient, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her.

Ana took the time to explain each move to our guests and made us feel comfortable in understanding the combos. We felt empowered after!
