I have a proven track record of nurturing students to become excellent musicians and to reach their full potential. Lessons are a carefully balanced blend of solid technical training, exposure to a wide variety of repertoire, and strong musical skills.

I love working with children and have 30 years of studio teaching experience with many school-aged students. I strive to instill a love of music in children that will last for a lifetime.

I am a former president and former member of the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA) as well as the Fox Hills Music Teachers Association in Illinois.

I’ve been married to Dan for 33 years and we have 3 grown adult sons, 2 daughters-in-law, and two grandchildren.
