Dr. Paul showed me how to use the correct muscles to not only increase my rotation in the golf swing, but also to protect my back during the swing by swinging properly with the correct muscles. He gave me great exercises to use at home which help with both the golf swing and also with balance which has been very helpful. Well worth the money!

Alisa is the best yoga instructor I’ve ever taken a class with. She brings a ton of positivity and excitement into the practice. She always has suggestions on how to do a pose that works for you, I am not the most flexible but she always found a way to help make things work. After every class I would walk away in a state of zen with a huge smile on my face. Alisa has so much to offer as she truly cares about all of her students and helping them achieve their goals both physically and spiritually. I can honestly say she makes showing up to do yoga everyday very enjoyable. If you have the chance to take a class with her I highly recommend you do as I guarantee she will quickly become your favorite go to instructor.
