I am a busy 54 year old professional woman. I have lost 10 pounds in less than a year. Tanner changes the routine every session so I am never bored. He is firm but not a jerk. I have worked with trainers in NYC and Geneva, IL and not only is Tanner the most knowledgeable, he's also the most interesting to talk to. I would recommend Tanner to anyone looking for a responsible, caring trainer to get them motivated and focused.

Dylan has been great to train with! He is friendly, relaxed, professional, and comfortable to work with. He knows his stuff and provides helpful advice and tips throughout the session. You can tell he is pationate about what he does. We work at a pace that isn't overwhelming, but still he makes the most out of the hour session. I always leave feeling good about what we've worked on!
