We had an absolute blast and the food was phenomenal. She was able to alter her menu to accommodate my son-in-law who has celiac disease. Then we hosted an intimate engagement party of 10 at Liam Brex. The event space was perfect. Menu was heavy hors d’oeuvres. Everything was absolutely outstanding. Again, we needed the menu to be GF, the entire menu was gluten-free although you would never know it. Everything was delicious. We will be using her services again and again. Thanks Aunt V.
