The instructors are very personable and very patient. They explain in detail the dance movements and flow along with the musicality that is so important to understanding dance. And work with you until you understand and are able to perform the dance. I love going to the studio; to me they are family.

Lisa is knowledgeable and is willing to take the time to really teach and inspire her students. My daughter looks forward to her lessons and is motivated at the end of the session to continue practicing on her own. Lisa has taken the time to walk me through every aspect of getting my daughter ready for her future. Alisa is the best yoga instructor I’ve ever taken a class with. She brings a ton of positivity and excitement into the practice. She always has suggestions on how to do a pose that works for you, I am not the most flexible but she always found a way to help make things work. After every class I would walk away in a state of zen with a huge smile on my face. Alisa has so much to offer as she truly cares about all of her students and helping them achieve their goals both physically and spiritually. I can honestly say she makes showing up to do yoga everyday very enjoyable. If you have the chance to take a class with her I highly recommend you do as I guarantee she will quickly become your favorite go to instructor.
