Founded in 1994 by Maria Emilia Fermi-Crawford, The Language & Music School, located in Oak Park, Illinois, has grown from 60 students and 5 instructors to hundreds of students with a faculty of 25. The school offers private music and language lessons to students of all ages, from 4 months to adults. It also provides a Spanish Immersion Primary Education for students aged 2-11. The school is renowned for its unique atmosphere, where up to 10 languages are spoken and dozens of instruments are taught each day.
